If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can process an exchange, within 14 days of receipt as long as the clothes are in sellable condition. As we are in the start-up stage of our business we cannot process refunds at this stage, but we look to as we grow the business.

2. Post said items to our store or bring the items to the store in its original packaging

It is very important when you exchange an item that we know the order number to which it relates and your full details. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

 

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store with all tags attached. Goods should not be soiled, washed, torn or damaged after we send them to you or after you purchse the item(s) from our store.

UK Delivery is free on orders over £60, for orders under £60 please check your basket.

For International delivery please check the cart once all of your items have been added to basket.

 

Currently we also offer free collection from Drummer Boy Studios (We will send you an email once your order is ready to collect and we will give a 14-day window for you to collect your item) Please come with your email receipt and proof of ID. (Passport, Id card or driving licence.)
