From a retail stand point, at Drummer Boy we've let it be known that we're all about comfortable and fashionable clothing and if you've shopped with us before, you'll know we value you as our customer just as much as we value the clothing we produce. We believe clothing is not just about an external aesthetic, but also an internal feeling. We are more interested in our customers developing an appreciation for what they are wearing and the idea behind the image presented as oppose to just following trends and buying clothes. We want our clothing to mean something more than just a purchase.

It's no secret that the Drummer Boy brand was born out of South London in the UK and so this experience and texture of life bleeds through the very fabric of the brand identity.

Born out of inner city London we not only look for our brand to provide comfortable and good quality clothing to our target market but also a platform for people born out of these same struggles to be adequately represented and express yourself.

We want people to feel safe and secure buying from us, and we are less interested in forcing a sale than building a loyal consumer group who honestly believe in the brand and what we stand for.

 

We are still a small business and so we currently do not take returns, as we build the business and the brand, we will look to implement this. As of right now we operate with an exchange only service, because we want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase while still being able to run our business adequately.
